The PerfectFit Promise

Once your harness arrives, we’re here to make sure it fits perfectly. By reviewing photos of your dog wearing it, our team can assess the fit and offer guidance. If needed, we'll send different sizes straight away at no extra charge. New sizes are dispatched for free on the same day you contact us. Because our harnesses are made up of interchangeable pieces, you can mix and match until the fit is exactly right for your dog.

Once you and your dog are happy with the harness, you can simply return anything you don’t need. We’re always happy to be flexible with our returns window because we understand some dogs need extra time to adjust to wearing a harness, others are naturally sensitive or nervous, and some may need input from a trainer or behaviourist before a final decision is made. We’re completely supportive of this, there’s no pressure to rush, because your dog’s happiness and well-being always come first.
